The difference between spur gearbox and planetary gearbox

The core principle of the gearbox is to decelerate and increase the force.  The output speed is reduced through the gearbox transmission at all levels to increase the torque force and driving force.  Under the condition of the same power (P=FV), the slower the output speed of the gear motor, the greater the torque, and the smaller the vice versa.  Among them, the gearbox provides lower speed and larger torque;  At the same time, different deceleration ratios can provide different speed and torque.

The difference

Spur gearbox
1.The torque is relatively low, but can be thin and quiet design.
2.Efficiency,91% per stage.
3.The input and output of the same center or different centers.
4. Input, output of the rotation direction due to different gear levels.

Planetary gearbox
1.Can conduct high-torque conduction.
2.Efficiency,79% per stage.
3.The location of input and output: the same center.
4.Input, output rotation in the same direction.
