The TEC2430 is an integrated brushless DC motor with built-in driver circuit, which is perfectly suitable for water pump systems of household and commercial water dispensers. It supports two optional rated voltages of DC 12V and DC 24V, fitting well with the internal power supply configuration of most water dispenser products. In terms of mechanical parameters, the motor reaches 5500rpm at no-load and 4500rpm at rated operation, with rated torque ranging from 53.2 to 66.5g.cm and output power of 2.46 to 3.07W. Such moderate speed and torque characteristics fully meet the low-pressure water pumping requirements of water dispensers, providing stable and gentle water flow to avoid splashing during water outlet, especially for hot water dispensing safety.
Equipped with complete control functions including FG signal feedback and PWM speed control, the motor can conduct real-time speed detection, dry-run monitoring and stall protection for the water pump. The PWM function realizes precise adjustment of rotating speed and water flow, while the FG feedback ensures reliable operation status detection of the whole system. Adopting oil-impregnated sleeve bearings, the motor features low noise, low vibration and smooth running. Its service life can reach up to 3000 hours under normal working conditions.
With brushless structure, the motor eliminates carbon brush wear and frequent maintenance issues. It adapts excellently to humid surroundings and frequent intermittent start-stop cycles inside water dispensers.
