TT Motor officially launches the TWG4058-TEC3650 worm gear brushless DC reduction motor to solve the typical selection dilemma in the automation industry. Traditional worm gear motors adopt brushed structure with short service life due to carbon brush wear, while mainstream planetary brushless motors feature long lifespan but cannot support self-locking and require external brakes. Differentiated from ordinary products, this motor uniquely integrates brushless durability and built-in reverse self-locking function. It removes the need for additional braking parts, simplifies mechanical structure and reduces overall equipment costs, forming an integrated and high-reliability drive solution rarely seen in the market.

Designed with a 90° right-angle output, the motor adapts perfectly to compact installation spaces. It operates stably with low electromagnetic interference and noise below 45dB, suitable for precision and silent working environments. It provides six optional gear ratios ranging from 81 to 621, delivering 10kg·cm rated continuous torque and 20kg·cm peak torque with a positioning backlash within 3 degrees. Compatible with 12V and 24V DC power supply, the motor adopts built-in Hall sensors to support PWM speed regulation and FG speed feedback. Equipped with a standard 8mm D-shaped output shaft and weighing only 400g, it supports customized encoders, wiring harnesses and shaft sizes. Eliminating carbon brush loss, it achieves 10,000 to 15,000 hours of service life under intermittent operation and 6,000 to 9,000 hours under continuous rated load.
