GMP42-TMC4250 Planetary Gear BLDC Outer Rotor Motor, High Low-Speed Torque for Compact Space

The GMP42-TMC4250 is a newly launched 42mm planetary gear BLDC outer rotor motor developed by TT MOTOR. It adopts an integrated structure combining an outer rotor brushless motor and precision planetary gearbox. Optimized for limited installation space, the motor delivers stable low-speed high-torque output to solve the driving challenges of compact intelligent equipment. Rated at DC24V and 25.8W, the model is fitted with built-in Hall sensors to realize closed-loop speed regulation and reliable forward and reverse control. A wide selection of reduction ratios is available, covering an output speed range from 5rpm to 1000rpm.

Benefiting from the high-power-density outer rotor design and hardened alloy steel gear set, the motor features low backlash, excellent positioning accuracy, low operating noise and slight vibration. The brushless architecture eliminates carbon brush abrasion, enabling consistent 7×24-hour continuous operation with controllable temperature rise and outstanding energy efficiency. Complying with CE, RoHS and EMC standards, this motor supports customized parameters including operating voltage, output shaft specification, wiring harness and mounting flange.

It serves diverse applications such as collaborative robot joints, AGV chassis, commercial cleaning robots, intelligent PTZ systems, medical rehabilitation equipment and automated warehousing mechanisms.
